Broadband internet is growing in Pakistan and currently Pakistan is ranked 4th for the fastest broadband subscriber growth rate in the world. We are not sure about current number of subscriber of Broadband in Pakistan but it is estimated that Total number of Braodband users in 2014 will be 9.5 million.
But how about the companies who are serving Pakistan and there services?
I’m using Broadband for last 2 years and in my opinion, Pakistani Broadband companies are not good in customer satisfaction and in solving the technical issues.

There Customer support is Bad and there staff is lazy in solving the customer issue. In fact they have so much issue internally that they dont care about customers. Because it was government owned, They have largest market share in the country.
