Supreme Court Stops Government from electricity price hike

Supreme court has stopped government from a proposed i cjp1 ncrease in electricity prices.

Chief justice in his remarks in front of “WAPDA” chairman said”go and tell government,if government increased the price,Supreme court will stop it”.

“If there is no electricity in Chief justice home then what about a common man home”,Chief Justice remarked.

If NEPRA cant give electricity to people then hand it to private sector.
