Dr Sana Tariq in your show the set shows a book shelf which has only (a few) English books. Why not a few Urdu books as well. Why I am asking ?
The answer is;
1) Urdu is our National language
2) Absence of Urdu books on the set of Urdu programme is a poor reflection
3) You have been an English Medium student and can speak only Urdu but can’t read or write! I hope it is not true.
Also,
Please do not mix up English words un-necessarily or better join an English show to be more comfortable.
Last question is when you are presenting/ hosting (suppose) an English show will you mix Urdu wording to let your viewers understand you?

app ne kud itna bara lecture diya wo b english main tu ap k lecture ka koi faida nhi howa
sb english ko prefer krte hain kiu k wo international languge hai
humari zaban urdu hai aur hm pakistani hain and v r proud 2 be
