PTCL, A big name in Internet and telephony services in Pakistan. They have huge network and large customer base but they have poor management.
According to my information, Thir employees are on Strike for mote then a month. I applied for a DSL connection in June and its still not working. I’m complaining for a month and they keep saying that we are on strike. It means no customer support for me.
New Management of PTCL wants to do downsizing but OLD government employees are not that simple to get rid off…so they are doing serious harm to the company and the customers.
I wonder why they are getting so little coverage in Media…Is the media unaware of their strike or they are hiding on the behalf of the government.
PTCL is really a Bad Company and they need really Good CEO to work with.
