Plum chutney By Chef Qureshi Of Masala TV

Ingredients:

1.Mix water, dry plums, sugar and cook.

2.Mix fresh plums, water, sesame seeds, fresh coriander and mint in the blender and add to the pan.

3.Cook for 10 to 12 minutes.

4.After all the ingredients are cooked take out in a bowl.

5.Leave to cool at room temperature.

Method:

Plums – 50 Grams

Dry Plums – 4 to 5

Sugar – As required

Fresh Coriander – ½ Bunch

Mint – ½ Bunch

Sesame Seeds – 1 Tbsp
