The Presidential campaign has entered its final weeks before election on Nov,4th . Latest Polls show Obama has increased his lead over McCain by a considerable margin.
Yesterday,McCain held a rally at republican strong hold Missouri which gathered big audience whereas the rally of Obama gathered approximately 100,000 people which shows a change of sides in favor of democrats.
According to latest polls after the Presidential debates Obama has a clear lead over McCain. According to British media , Obama has support of 44 to 48 percent voters if he keeps this ration for next two weeks he will become the first black U.S President .
Moreover, it is also a sign of great hope for Obama that former Secretary of State of Bush Administration Collin Powell has also backed Obama , Powell said Obama is a serious , prepared and patient politician. American democracy and institution will progress under his Presidency. Powell strongly criticized McCain and said about his vice Presidential nominee that she is not able for such high position.
In his radio address on Sunday , McCain compared Obama with European socialists who are in favor of distribution of wealth. McCain said:Economic plan of Obama will change American internal revenue service into an agency distributing wealth on advice of Politicians. European socialists leaders who are great admirers of my opponent are at least clear in their point of view and are honest. When asked whether Obama is a socialist?McCain answered briefly that “i don’t know”.
On the other hand Obama adressing a procession in Missouri said “My opponent is so unaware of whole situation that he is calling a tax cut on low income people welfare. John Mccain want to give benefit to rich people by giving them exemption from tax.
