Lahore high court Chief Justice Khawaja Sharif has taken suo-moto action of Pml-n MNA haji pervez khan alleged fraud exam case and asked to produce M.bilal,the key man, infront of court on Friday.
PML-N has already taken resignation from Pervez khan thus vacating the National assembly seat Na -55.
This is a good Step Of LHC because mere resignation is not enough but set a precedent by imposing life ban on him from holding public office if he proved accused.
