Sindh High Court has cleared Indian Cricket League Players for Pakistan domestic cricket. This court decision has opened the gate for all those players who played for Indian Cricket league in India.
Indian Cricket league hasn’t been accepted by ICC nor by any member country of ICC and all the members countries have imposed ban on players for joining Indian Cricket league .
Sindh High court has suspended necessity 2.2 of PCB playing conditions and ordered PCB to file a response till Feb,10. All Indian cricket league players will now be available for Quaid-e-Azam trophy but not for International cricket.
This lift of ban has excited all those Indian cricket league players and have expressed hope that soon ban from International cricket will also be lifted. They expressed their view that current PCB authorities are willing to cooperate with players and understand our point.
Meanwhile,former Pakistan’s cricket Captain Inzamam-ul-haq has also welcomed the decision and said the period of injustice to Indian cricket league players has ended and very soon they will be playing for Pakistan as well.
Moreover,board of control of cricket in India(BCCI) will negotiate with Indian cricket league on Feb,21 on the directions of ICC. ICC gave the authority to concerned cricket board to approve or disapprove any such league . New rules of ICC will apply from 1stjune this year.
