Islamabad High court has Dismissed Farah Dogar case calling the reassessment of her papers legal. It is one of the biggest disappointments for all those people who want to have rule of law in this country .
This decision of IHC has opened a door for a chapter that will mark new levels of nepotism and de -merit in this country.
While it is clearly mentioned in rules that there can be no re-assessment but rechecking . Chief Justice IHC has done his best for his extension in job and make his way into the supreme court.
He has done best loyalty to the government and his boss Abdul Hameed Dogar . It is a point to keep in mind that both IHC Chief justice and Supreme court Chief justice are retiring in march and it will be interesting to see who replace them because both these men were appointed by Musharraf.
