Who says that Miracles don’t occur in this time of Science and
technology . I t will be foolish if we wait miracles to fulfill our every desire but it does not mean that miracles don’t occur in today’s world.
A new report of “TIME” Magazine has stated that survey conducted by department of religious research of Baylor University say that majority of Americans believe that they got help of a “protective angel” at some point of their life.
Lets talk of a very big miracle of modern times whom which whole western media call a miracle . This miracle is outstanding economic progress of our neighboring country China . The Chinese economy has been growing 10% every year . In recent times Japan and South Korea too proved their point in economic progress but what China has done it has compelled the historians and modern researchers to call it “yes,its miracle”. This progress is not the result of some scientific invention nor a bumper crop production but result of constant work.
With all the necessities and capabilities to become a real super power China is progressing at a rapid pace which has dazzled the dominant civilization of today.
last month Chinese astronauts land their foot in space. This is the thinking point for us and to observe how a super power is being made. There is no indication of false promises ,nor empty slogans but constant work ,sincere leadership and a strong nation with their eye on the aim .
In September , Chinese Prime Minister Van Jia Bao gave an interview to News Week in which he said”We try to stay away from global problems because we yet have our own problems to handle. in the 1.3 billion population , there are several dozen million poor farmers who want our attention. We don’t trade our principles and ideas.
The close relationship of Pakistan and China have stood the test of time and is never shadowed by any movement , any 9-11 nor cold war nor the efforts to stop communism has effected our relations.
The pact of “friendship and cooperation”in 2005 was a big event according to which both countries will not become part of any alliance which has intentions to harm any one country and a third country will never be included in this pact.

Perhaps, we may not hope greater hopes to China in the economic field but in the defense field what China has done for us over the years is so great. The wars of 1965and 1971 are the alive precedents of Chinese co operation and friendship.
If Pakistani leadership managed to keep itself at a distance from the vicious play of American war on terror and saved our country then we are at the bank of gathering fruit of our long standing relations with China.
