1/2 bone less chicken
1/2 cup cream
2tb spoon garlic and ginger paste
1tb spoon ground mint leaves
1 tb spoon ground coriander leaves
3 green chillies, grounded
salt as you like
Method
1.In bowl take cream and mix garlic ginger paste, mint, coriander, green chillies and salt in it.
2.Now add chicken pieces in mixture and marinate it for 4 to 6 hours.
3.Take skewers and put chicken pieces in them and barbecue them. Apply oil on them while you barbecue them.
4.You ca also bake them on oven for 10 minutes, turn them and then bake them for five more minutes.
