Application filed in Supreme Court to Start trial of Musharraf under Article 6

Pml-n Zafar Ali Shah has filed an application in the Supreme court to order Federal government to start trial of Former dictator Pervez Musharraf under Article 6.

The application is filed through A.K Dogar under article 184(3) of  constitution and is based on 31st July 09 verdict of Supreme court.

Application makes a view since Supreme court has announced Musharraf a usurper it is necessary to start a trial of him and Supreme court should order Federal government to start trial under article 6.
