Supreme Court is soon going to give its decision on the case of eligibility of Sharif brothers to contest elections.
Keeping in mind the acceptance of Sharif brothers nomination papers in 2002 elections and rejection of Mian Nawaz sharif in 2008 elections tells a lot in this regard.
Sharif brothers case is gathering much of street debate in these last days of court hearings.
PCO Judge Shaikh Hakim is often in news these days and trying to prove himself innocent rather than hearing the case.
Akram Shaikh has said”if we accept the ineligibility in the elections,it has ended through Presidential pardon already”.
Meanwhile Mian Nawaz Sharif has said”Courts are working on the orders of Zardari and we don’t know what they are trying to do with us,whatever they do to us we will not withdraw from our demand of independent judiciary.
he said”we will quit the politics but never will give legal support to 3rd November acts”
Mian Nawaz Sharif said”we hoped after elections democracy will catch roots in the country but it hasn’t bring any change yet ,even completion of one year.”
